In the unlikely event you need a replacement Rockdoor we keep all the designs, colour and measurements for your door on our computer so another could be with you within 15 days without any additional information.

What maintenance will my Rockdoor need?

Rockdoor entrance doors are totally maintenance free and will last for years to come. All they need is the occasion wipe down with warm soapy water. Do not use any abrasives cleaners incase of an adverse reaction with the door materials.

What sizes do Rockdoor’s come in?

Rockdoor is made-to-measure master piece, so whatever the size of your door we can fit it perfectly. Your installer will measure to your exact requirements as well as taking into consideration side units and fan lights where appropriate.

Will Rockdoor discolour?

Rockdoor has stabilisers in the finish to stop it being affected by sunlight so it won’t fade or discolour. Therefore the factory finished colour will stay in good condition for years to come.

Will the finish chip or peel?

No the factory finish will stay looking good for the life of the door. Rockdoor’s are not a painted finish as other doors on the market.
