Side Frames
What better way to make a statement and to create light in your hallway, than to select glass side panels or fan lights to complement your new front door if you have a large opening.
Solid and secure glass panels can feature on either side of your door, or both sides to ensure the door is situated in the centre of the gap for aesthetic purposes.
A Touch of Glass
Rockdoor strongly recommends gluechip glass for all side panels and fan lights. It is incorporated in many of our glass designs and therefore complements and enhances the door styling.
Many homeowners also choose to have a composite infill panel when using side frames which feature a transom (a transom is the joining centre piece of a side frame which connects the vertical frames for extra strength and rigidity). There are several styles and colours to choose from, both front and back, and can be designed using the Rockdoor configurator.
All Rockdoor side frames are joined using reinforced coupling bars to ensure the ultimate in security.
