Rockdoor Guarantee
Rockdoor’s are guaranteed against product defects in materials, manufacturing or factory workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date you received your order. Subject to your complaint meeting our specification, your door will be replaced or repaired free of charge to you.
We stress the importance of employing quality time served fitters to install your Rockdoor. Several problems are often caused by poor installations, which in turns makes the guarantee invalid.
Upon site inspection by a Rockdoor representative, if it is identified our correct installation guidelines have not been adhered to your resulting claim will be invalidated.
We endeavour to take every complaint seriously and to deal with your issue as quickly as possible.
