Making of French Doors
Rockdoor French Doors are designed, manufactured and tested to the highest industry standards. The process of launching French Doors involved a great deal of research and development prior to launch, to ensure we were happy with our new product which would carry our name. Once we had manufactured the prototype, we then had to focus on photography, testing and fitting instructions before we launched to our customers. The following videos provide an interesting overview of each stage.
Independent Testing
Whilst the benchmark for our own internal testing is set far higher than external standards, we still wanted to prove that our doors are safe, strong and secure. To achieve this we sent our doors off for independent testing at a UCAS accredited test centre. As you will see from the video, Rockdoor French Doors outperformed all the testing criteria, often by over 50%. Rockdoor French Doors are Secured by Design Accredited.
Photography
Once the doors had been designed and a prototype manufactured they needed professionally photographing to ensure the quality of the doors is reflected across all print and web applications.
Fitting Instructions
Rockdoor French Doors are only as good as the person that's installing them. To ensure the French Doors perform as designed they need fitting by experts.
