Thieves not doing their homework

Every cloud has a silver lining as they say, and this was exactly the case recently for Rockdoors sister company GAP, the UK's leading Home Improvement Stockist. It recently became the victim of eager thieves, when its most recent depot in Wigan was broken into in the dead of the night.
Thieves gained access to GAP's new warehouse via a skylight in the roof of the offices in the depot. As all the internal office Firedoors were locked, the thieves had no option but to smash every door off its hinges to clear their path to the trade counter in search of expensive power tools that were on display.
They must have thought they were in for an easy night having knocked down 3 doors already, but they didn't anticipate coming across one of the industries strongest, most secure composite doors on the market - Rockdoor, which stood between them and the trade counter. Although trying their hardest to break down the door, they failed in their attempts to force it open, meaning they had no option but to abandon their attempt and give in to the strength of Rockdoor.
Simon Bird, GAP's & Rockdoors Joint MD comments "Whilst Im obviously disappointed at the break-in, there is a side of me that is extremely proud that one of our products was put to the ultimate test in stopping thieves in their tracks. The thieves leaving empty handed is testament to strength and security that are the foundations of a Rockdoor. The thieves obviously didn't do their homework!"
