Cool Even When Hot
Designed exclusively for Rockdoor and sister company GAP, Heat Shield is an innovative heat resistant door skin that prevents heat build up in Front Doors, Back Doors, Stable Doors and French Doors. When woodgrain doors are exposed to direct sunlight, temperatures can often reach levels which can cause a door to bend, warp or even crack.
Heat Shield has been scientifically developed to prevent this heat build up and reflects up to 80% of the sun’s harmful rays therefore acting as a white door would do.
Heat Shield is standard on all Light Oak, Rosewood, Mahogany and Black Rockdoors.
