Rockdoor Customer Service Policy
Rockdoor has manufactured unique high security composite doors since 1996. In this time, we have made great strides forward in both innovation and product quality. Whilst we make every effort possible to ensure each and every Rockdoor leaving our production line is perfect, we recognise that on very rare occasions the delivered product might fall short of the quality you’d expect.
Rockdoor offers the following guarantee.
■ Parts only guarantee.
■ Guarantee with GAP’s customer, not homeowners or installer (if the installer is a third party).
■ 10 year guarantee for white door sash, outerframe frame & double glazed unit.
■ 10 year guarantee for woodgrain or coloured door sash, outerframe frame & double glazed unit for the Ultimate Series, 5 years for the Elite & Select Series.
■ 5 year guarantee sideframe & sideframe glass.
■ * 5 year guarantee for locking mechanisms.
■ 1 year guarantee for all door furniture.
■ All service issues must be provided with photographic evidence & door serial number.

Manufacturing issues with locking mechanisms are rare. If a lock fails once, we will replace it using the above policy. If the lock fails twice, we would endeavour to investigate in more depth. Potential issues could be as a consequence of installation issues, misuse or potential break-ins meaning they fall outside of our guarantee.
