Poppy Windows have been proudly installing Rockdoor composite doors since 2016. They love the simplicity of installing Rockdoor as there is simply no easier door to install and operate.
Very customer service orientated as a business, they won't ever provide you with a price in your home. Instead, all quotations are sent over via email, so you are under NO pressure to decide to buy or not on the day. They will leave you with colour swatches and brochures and provide real, practical advice about the right Rockdoor that works for you.
They also explain all the technical jargon based around glass, thresholds and hardware, working with you to ensure you have a perfect design for your new door.
Offering a free annual service with your new Rockdoor where Poppy come to your home, once a year and maintain the door, touching up any marks or scratches that have happened in the previous year. They'll even clean your frames and glass whilst they are there and leave your Rockdoor looking brand new again.
Should you have any service requests with your Rockdoor - over 98% of calls to our office before 9am are responded to the same day.
