Every door style starts its life in the same way, by being meticulously designed on CAD, to create an Aluminium mould that allows us to create the door styles you are familiar with.
 
We don’t rely on bought-in cassettes to create glazing shapes. Our styles are designed to ensure the glass aperture suits the door style, in precise proportion.

Rockdoors’ inverted mouldings on all our styles are designed with no awkward corners where dirt can collect. That means they’re easy to keep clean and stay looking fresh for years. The texture of a Rockdoor is also a world apart from standard GRP doors – it’s a finish that feels more refined and looks, we think, much nicer. It’s one of those subtle differences, homeowners can see and feel straight away.

When you see a Rockdoor's hardware, you’ll notice everything sits exactly where it should, rather than added as an afterthought. The letterplate, handles, knockers — every piece is carefully positioned so the door feels natural.

Thanks to our S-Glaze technology, we don’t need bulky cassettes to hold the glass. This means the glass aperture can sit closer to the edge of the door. It’s a small detail, but it gives our doors a sleeker look, and it’s something homeowners really appreciate when they’re comparing us to others.
