Following the recent introduction of 3 new series across the range, Rockdoor is pleased to report early signs of success.

Rockdoors Ultimate, Elite and Select series have each been designed to offer a ‘made to measure’ composite doors built around security, thermal efficiency and different budgets.

To assist in the new launch, Rockdoor developed the first ever composite door app using Augmented Reality technology – a quirky and innovative way of visualising how a Rockdoor would look on a property.

Rockdoors new app has been so well received by both installers and homeowners that plans are already in place for future releases.

“The uptake has been phenomenal” comments Chris Hall of Rockdoor. “We hoped the new door visualizer would be well received, but we’re delighted at the response and reaction from our installers, not to mention homeowners. We designed the app both as a sales tool for our installers, but also as an easy way of assisting homeowners in making their decision – and it does just that. Customers can choose their door style, glass design and colour at the touch of a button.”

The composite door app is one of many recent initiatives launched by Rockdoor that have proved successful. Door Set Energy Ratings have also become extremely popular with installers and homeowners alike, as it demonstrates just one of a multitude of reasons that make Rockdoor stand out from other composite doors available. Ultimate Series Rockdoors are available with an A-Rating as standard for thermal efficiency thanks to soft coat glass, warm edge spacer bars,  50mm sash and unique carbon fibre reinforcing.

Using Augmented Reality technology, the App allows homeowners to choose what door style, glass design and colour best suits their property and then visualize it on their own property.
